This can sometimes happen with modern dual band WiFi routers that
use beam-forming where the 2.4GHz and 5GHz are combined and the
router manages device connections. If you have a dual band router
and can only see a single WiFi name (SSID) then this is likely the
case. The Pyronix Enforcer v10 doesn't support 5GHz connections so
if the router tries to connect the panel to the 5GHz it will fail
to connect and be unable to re-connect. Some routers have an option
in their configuration to assign a specific device to just one
frequency, otherwise you can try separating the 2.4 and 5 GHz
frequencies or alternatively create a guest network that uses just
2.4 GHz and connect to that.
